I am a regular chemist warehouse customer at the 214 church Street for any years now.. The staff is friendly and helpful. But there is one person that I would like to commend is the security guard name Ahmed. He always have a nice smile when I walk in the door, very polite and also a helpful person. I notice not just for me but every customers that walk in the door and wishes and welcome them. It is lovely to see him doing that. I wish all the best and he is definitely one of my favourite person in the store.

Constantly getting targeted in this store. Always getting followed around accused and abused by the security. I will continue to get photos of their face and next time a video until they find a better security company who aren't rude to every customer that walks in here

Obviously with a 3.9 star rating for a premises with medication and important life products is appalling..I also had a bad experience from the so called pharmacist didn't get her name but its the night pharmacist on this occasion and is of Muslim faith just to be able to describe her. If the place closes it will be with the assistance of her and other staff whom don't seem to care if customers are waiting in que to pay. Very disappointed with expectation that customers should get better service.. i feel sorry for the failed staff with high ego and failure in communication and care..don't disturb their ego..thanks for reading.

I love going to Chemists Warehouse on my walks during my break 5days a week. Staff are very friendly with smiles always. Sometimes they are busy as well but wait for your turn and someone will come and help you. I never have a problem even with there security guards when i go in Chemist Warehouse. Specially Ahmed who always greets me with smile. Great price too with perfumes and everything. Have a Merry Christmas to all staff!🤶 You are all doing it great!!! Keep it up!

My five star rating solely goes to Rita! She was amazing helped me out incredibly and gave the best advice. She was so kind, caring and knowledgeable. I will come back to this chemist warehouse just for her! Thank you Rita

Worst worst worst... I am really surprised at the criteria of CW hiring security people. The crowd that came there to shop was happier to help than the security guard. Have seen the security guard getting rude to a lot of customers. Even threatening them to ban them from coming. CW get some people who are a bit customer focused.

Went to chemist warehouse at church street and Macquarie street corner store and asked them for codral day and night behind the counter as my wife had high fever and dry cough and this particular medicine work on her every time. As it was finished with I provided all the information to the pharmacist in charge name Filiz who was very very rude when I asked her why she can’t provide me that as do I need a prescription for this and she said in a very rude way that you can go I will not give you the medicine. I even told her that I come here all the time and gets this but she was very rude as she was showing me that look I have a power and you can’t do anything I mean I was just asking for a medicine for my wife who was sick. We need serious action on these kind of people. I hope chemist warehouse will get back to me.

I simple's asked if a pharmacist was around as the shelves so high. blond women pharmacist retorted "i am and you wait your turn" it alarmed me to be spoken to like a nothing kind of person. Pharmacists are drug pushers. This is not a service when people have to line up every week and get pinned to be numb and on repeat. check yourself women "i am women hear me roar i will not be simplified to suit your generic que. You don't often a premium service of warmth, truth, honesty OnLY Jesus heals people we actually don't need drugs to stay well or awful blank blown women like this women who thinks she knows. in one minute i could change the world women what can u do?
